Entry Agreement & Waiver:

Participants agree to be bound by and comply with all tournament rules and regulations as published and amended. It is understood that all participants enter at their own risk. All organizers, sponsors, officials, committee members, and all persons directly or indirectly connected with the operation of the tournament shall be exempt from any liability for loss, damage, negligence, harm, or injury suffered by a participant, entrant, sport fisherman, his companions, boat captains, crew members, vessels, and equipment which may occur during the tournament. You also agree to sign the waiver of liability or your entry will not be valid.

The consultation or use of King Fling shall automatically imply full acceptance of the above disclaimer of liability and as the boat owner/Captain and team members accept full and all liability or responsibilities caused.

 RULES

NOTE * any team or member thereof that claims a prize do all agree to undergo and submit to a full Polygraph : if asked or required by any tournament official or committee member.
Failure to submit to the Polygraph by any team or member will be an automatic disqualification from the entire tournament and ALL money/prizes forfieted. 

Protests:

Any protest by any participant in The Fish-Tale Offshore Rodeo must be in Writing and presented to a tournament official; no later than 30 minutes after the weigh-in station closes ( No Exceptions ). All protests must be accompanied by a $250.00 filing fee in cash. If the filing fee is not paid, the protest will not be acknowledged. Any protest filed will be handled immediately and appropriately.

Hurricanes / Weather:

If a named storm, category 3 or above hits within 25 miles Ft Myers Beach (within 10 days of the event); the tournament may be re-scheduled for a subsequent Weekend. If both weekends are cancelled due to hurricanes there will be a virtual tournament (date to be announced), We will hold a banquet and each angler will get to draw a fish weight for his team and the teams with the highest total weight for number of fish elegible will receive the appropriate prizes.
There will be no refunds.
